Creating A Paid Workshop Or Ticketed Event

Before You Start (Prerequisites)

To create a paid workshop or ticketed event on miingl, you’ll need:

If you don’t have these set up yet, take a few minutes to do so before continuing.

What This Guide Helps You Do

By the end of this guide, you’ll be able to:

  • Create a paid or ticketed event in miingl

  • Set pricing and ticket limits

  • Connect nouri and Stripe for payments

  • Publish your event so people can purchase tickets

  • Manage registrations and orders

Step 1: Log Into miingl

Go to app.miingl.com.

Once logged in, you’ll land on your main dashboard.

Step 2: Create A New Event

From your dashboard:

  • Click Create miingl

  • Click Create Event

  • Upload a cover image that represents your workshop or experience

    • Best Cover Image Size 1800 x 600 px (3:1 Aspect Ratio) and 21% left and right sides for Cropping

Your event image is the first thing people see—choose something clear and inviting.

Step 3: Choose Public Or Private

You’ll be asked to choose your event type:

  • Public events are discoverable and visible to anyone

  • Private events are limited to people you invite or share the link with

Most paid workshops are public to allow discovery, unless the event is for a closed group or members-only audience.

Step 4: Name And Schedule Your Event

Next:

  • Give your event a clear, specific name

  • Set the date and start time

Clarity here matters—people are more likely to purchase tickets when they know exactly what they’re signing up for.

Step 5: Write A Strong Event Description

Your description plays a big role in ticket sales.

Be sure to:

  • explain who the event is for

  • describe what participants will experience

  • clarify what they’ll walk away with

Use headings, bold text, and links if helpful.
Idea
Pro Tip: Specificity builds trust and increases conversions.

Step 6: Enable Ticketing

To make your event paid:

  • Toggle Ticketed Event on

AlertImportant:
Avoid using custom links for ticketed events. Ticketing requires the standard event flow to work correctly.

Step 7: Authorize Your nouri Account

Ticketing and event publishing are handled through nouri, miingl’s event partner.

If prompted:

  • Sign into your nouri account

  • Click Authorize to connect it to miingl

This connection allows ticket sales, attendee management, and event publishing.

Step 8: Set Ticket Price And Order Limits

Now you’ll configure ticketing details:

  • Enter your ticket price

  • Set a maximum number of tickets per order, or leave it unlimited

This helps you control group size and purchasing behavior.

Step 9: Proceed To nouri (Event Not Live Yet)

Click Create Event to continue to nouri.

Alert

At this stage:

  • your event exists

  • it is not published yet

  • no tickets are available for purchase

You’ll finish setup in the next steps.

Step 10: Connect Your Stripe Account

To accept payments:
  • Connect an existing Stripe account, or

  • Set one up if you don’t have one

Stripe handles all payment processing securely.

Step 11: Choose Publishing Options

Click Next to Choose Publishing Options

In nouri, you’ll decide how your event is published:

  • immediately or later

  • public or private

Notes
This is for the Nouri site only. miingl is managed separately on your miingl account

Choose the option that fits your launch plan.

Step 12: Publish Your Event

When everything looks right:

  • Click Publish

Alert
Your event is now live and available for ticket purchases through nouri and miingl.

Step 13: Manage Tickets And Attendees

After publishing, you can:

  • log into nouri to view orders

  • manage attendee information

  • share your event detail page for ticket sales

This is where you’ll monitor registrations leading up to your workshop.
